A historic club with a tennis school, hundreds of families enrolled, and an enrolment season handled every year across WhatsApp, phone calls and paper.

• Automatic renewal priority: the system recognises the member, holds their place and time slot, and releases remaining places only at the deadline
• Credentials and a dedicated area for parents
• Online payments
• A work queue for the office, with alerts and live counts
• Separate permissions for sports management, office and coaches
